Rich, creamy and with a hint of smokey bacon, this Alpine raclette melts especially smoothly! The alpine pastures where the cows graze have incredible botanic diversity, creating beautiful milk and wonderful cheese. This is a “Bagnes” raclette which are revered in Switzerland for their quality, and are eaten in the best restaurants of the Swiss ski resorts.
