These statistics on self harming are rather alarming,
just look at the amount they've increased.
This seems well above the norm, we need some reform,
some are too ill, and should be released.

Some people sent to jails, go further off the rails,
and sink deeper and deeper into crime.
When they get out, either stronger or full of doubt,
they often end up doing even further time!
