My bag will not survive, it's been through terminal 5,
and now it's been forwarded to Milan.
What a complete drag, that BA have lost my bag,
and I was their Number ONE fan.

My travel plans aborted, as 5,000 bags are sorted,
what a total and utter disgrace.
To add fuel to the fire, my bag may end up in the fire,
and there's no information in this place!
