We have been on the ground in Switzerland for 17 years, building relationships with Swiss cheesemakers and selecting their best cheeses. Now we are also bringing the most delicious traditional fondue and raclette from Switzerland, direct to you.

Fondue & Raclette
Fondue is a wonderful shared meal. An instant party! Dip in with either crusty bread or small, unpeeled boiled potatoes. Fill the rest of the table with your choice of accompaniments. Proscuitto/Pickles/Al dente vegetables etc.
Get some friends together and melt Raclette over whole small boiled potatoes, lightly cooked vegetables, or on bread. Keep the rind on the raclette - it becomes crispy and delicious. On the side you can serve: cornichons, some charcuterie, & salad. There are no rules. Delicious.
